James Rogers

James Rogers is a Lecturer in International Relations at the Baltic Defence College in Tartu, Estonia.* He was an Associate Fellow at the European Union Institute for Security Studies during Spring 2013 and a Visiting Fellow in Autumn 2008. During 2011, he was a lead analyst for a RAND Europe project on the strategic implications of the modernisation of Asian navies.
